dillan and i met the girls and carson for lunch on sunday at fat guy's burger bar downtown. we dined on jalapeno burgers, french fries, grilled cheese, cookies and cream milkshakes, and boulevard wheat. dillan kept sucking the beer out of danica's orange wedge garnish. we all laughed.

how can this be? tomatoes are dillan's new favorite food. nanny has tomato plants in her yard and dillan picks and eats them as fast as they'll grow! she says "ma-tos" all day long. on the flip side, tomatoes are my biggest enemy. i HATE tomatoes. go figure my kiddo would be a tomato lover.

baby shower at oscar's

dillan and i attended a baby shower for erin hardwick. she is pregnant with little baby owen, who is due on may 5th. we hung out with tinesa, heather, johnna, jessica and baby sawyer, quannah, and stephanie at oscar's gastropub at 18th and boston. erin owns this fabulous restaurant. dillan made quite a splash at the party. everyone loved her, i mean how could they not?!?! we can't wait to meet baby owen!

take me out to the ball game

this weekend was the opening of the new oneok ballpark in downtown tulsa. abuelo and grandma tay have season tickets, so they let us take dillan to the game this afternoon. we walked around the entire ballpark, ate a chicago-style hotdog, sunflower seeds, some cotton candy from the ground (yuck-y,) met dora the explorer and spongebob, played on the slide, and visited the gift shop. we had a fantastic day AND the driller's won. i think we definitely had something to do with that!

great grandma and grandpa pippins brought dillan an easter bunny. it's the cutest thing i've ever seen, and she LOVES it! i'm thinking it will be a permanent fixture in her room.
